The Coddington Tribe was surprised to learn that wes© has Esophageal Cancer. We found out on Tuesday (July 28). It is caused by his immunosuppression meds and we always knew that cancer was a possibility. We figured skin cancer was the more likely outcome, but this is what we got.
We have reopened the Coddington Tribe website as it is the best way for us to keep our family and friends informed. We love and appreciate your prayers and support. Ultimately, we believe that God is in control. While this surprised us, it did not surprise Him.
Psalm 112 says that there is no bad news for those who fear the Lord. For many of you, you understand this idea and now you get to observe our attempts to live it out. We invite you to journey with us and let God grow you. For others, you may be watching and feel a little distanced from how we describe our faith. We invite you to consider the possibility that God is at work here in a personal way and, more importantly, that He desires an intimate relationship with you. We’d love nothing more than to see our experience lead others to faith in Jesus Christ.
By the way, we are updating the site so you may find some missing info from the past, but we will work to get it all fixed. All current stuff should be fine.
Wes,
My husband and I are praying for you and your family. May God use this trial for His glory. Just to let you know who I am, I am one of your uncle Ray’s daughters. It has been sometime since we have seen each other! In Him, Linda
I’ll be praying for you and your family.
You are in our thoughts and prayers. We are friends of Nancy and Scott.
Thank you for sharing your story.
