3 Years and Still Going!

It was three years ago today that Wes had his second transplant.  Amazing things have happened since.  We spent the first year recuperating and working in the Philadelphia area.  Then we moved 3000 miles across the country to California, got involved in a local church, and then 8 months ago helped start a church plant in Oceanside.   It has been awesome to watch God’s faithful provision for the work He called us to do. We praise God for the daily health and strength He has given and continues to give Wes.

Tribe 2013

We are so thankful for all your love, prayers and support over the years, even prior to the transplants.  The ministry we are doing is largely a result of the ministry done to us through you. – Thank you

Karen

  1. How awesome, I feel very emotional about this. It is a big deal and a blessing. I know first hand how it is and the struggles that come with a transplant. A second chance at life is a true gift and blessing and you all are doing amazing things…………..

I hope to see you guys soon.

  7. I can’t thank God enough for what he has done for Wes & you. Karen-you are a strong young lady. You have been through so much & have been there for Wes all of the time & I never heard you complain. God is blessing you both and may the church grow & God be praised. Love, Grandma

  8. Praise the Lord for all He has done, and continues to do in and through all of your family. Can’t believe it’s been three years. That is awesome.

  9. To all you East Coast friends…we are so blessed to have the amazing Wes Coddington family with us in Oceanside, California. We are “planting” a church to minister to the needs of a beach, tourist, un-churched and last but not least….”homeless, lost in spirit, souls!!

Wes has included all the spiritual needs of these different groups in his sermons each week and we see increasing numbers of people coming to CHRIST because of Wes’ ministry. Each member of the Coddington family can be seen early in the morning setting up the stage for “miracles” to happen.

It is without a doubt that Wes’ church plant will go down as an example of the way to further Christian ministry in Southern California.

  10. I’m loving all of those happy smiles!! You are such an encouragement; praise God for all He is doing through you.

  11. Happy to hear you’ve had 3 years and counting of blessed health following the kidney transplant. You are so very fortunate to have a loving family and people who love and support you… The cards you were dealt in life look good for sure!
