Home

Wes is home. He arrived around 3pm.

When we pulled up to the house his friend Gregg was mowing our lawn (we get fined for not having it cut in our neighborhood). This is the second or third time Gregg has done this. Thanks Gregg and congrats to you and Ashley on your new baby girl (born while Wes was in the hospital). You are good friends and have true servants’ hearts.

Thanks to all who have helped us through prayer, calls, acts of service, written encouragement and more. You are a blessing.

Wes will try to post later today or tomorrow He has some thoughts rolling around in his head and heart.

We have to say thank you, thank you to you and Karen for sharing your story and allowing us to have a part in it. We are reminded of scripture that says that when one in the body suffers, we all suffer and when one rejoices, we all rejoice. How true!! We will continue to pray for everyone involved – the doctors, nurses, your family and all those who have contact with you..

  19. Hey Wes, It was great talking with you on your way home on Sunday. Although I’ve been continuing to pray, I just read the last few blogs about how your pain went away. I am learning more and more about prayer these days and it’s neat. We know that God knows our prayers before we pray them, but by the act of praying, God allows us to be a part of what He is doing. Thanks so much for allowing us to be a part by sharing your blog and prayer requests. Our God is an awesome God. Praying for your continued healing.

  20. So good to hear that your pain has subsided and that the kidney seems to be filtering well. Praise the Lord. Praying.
    Marti
