Guests from Thailand

Three weeks ago, we had friends visiting.  They live in Thailand and work with teens there.  Our kids are very fond of Steve and Tirzah Gibboney and really enjoyed wearing them out everyday! 🙂  They went swimming a lot (it was over 100 degrees this week), drew pictures, made a cake, watched videos, ate meals together and of course played many games.  One game in particular is called “Bohnanza”.  All 5 kids learned how to play.  They enjoyed it so much that Kadin (with the help of the other 5) created his own “Bohnanza” game and Dakota’s is a work in progress.

Below is a picture of Steve and Tirzah with the kids drawing 2 divers on the cake.  Kadin and Nancy learned how to dive that day and later that evening Dakota also learned, so we celebrated with a “diving Cake”.  The kids all drew something on the cake.
